Is Pretty Peheno jewellery really anti-tarnish?
Yes. Our pieces use an advanced anti-tarnish coating designed for Indian humidity, sweat, and daily wear. With proper care, they maintain shine significantly longer than regular fashion jewellery.
Can I wear it in the shower or while exercising?
Most pieces are water-resistant for normal daily use. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, and perfume sprayed directly on metal. Pat dry after sweating for best results.
Will it cause skin allergies or green marks?
Our jewellery is nickel-safe and hypoallergenic for most users. If you have extremely sensitive skin, start with short wear periods. Green marks are typically caused by base metal reaction — our anti-tarnish coating helps prevent this.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept UPI payments. At checkout, pay to our UPI ID, enter your transaction reference, and place your order. We manually verify payment and confirm via WhatsApp or email within a few hours.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment verification. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number (e.g. ATJ2605311234) and registered mobile number. Once shipped, you'll also receive courier tracking details.
What is your return policy?
Eligible unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Earrings are non-returnable unless defective. See our full Return Policy for details.
