Shipping Policy

Fast, tracked delivery to your doorstep.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch • Remote / North-East pin codes: 7–10 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary during festivals, sales, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may carry a flat shipping fee shown at checkout (if applicable). Express shipping is not currently available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we share an AWB tracking number via WhatsApp/email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and registered mobile number. If tracking is not updating for 48 hours after dispatch, contact us with your order number.

Undeliverable / RTO Orders

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout.
