We want you to love every piece you receive.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. The request must be raised by emailing prettypeheno@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
Eligible Items
Returns/exchanges are accepted when: • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition • Original packaging, tags, and pouches are included • The item is not damaged due to misuse • You received the wrong item or a defective piece
Non-Returnable Items
• Earrings (hygiene reasons) unless defective or wrong item sent • Sale / clearance items marked as final sale • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, or water damage beyond normal try-on • Custom or personalised orders
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to your original UPI/bank account within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we offer a store credit or refund. Exchange shipping may apply for non-defective returns.
